Return Policy

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN - HUNGARY

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.monlana.com. If you chose the wrong size or you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, on your own expense. Please note: personalized items cannot be returned. In case of return you must also send back the gift box, the dust bag and any gifts received with your order. Please note, that the refund can take up to 30 working days. In case of replacement, the changed product(s) will be shipped in 1-4 business days. You will receive a new tracking number via email.

 

RETURN - EUROPE

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.monlana.com. If you chose the wrong size or you don't like the jewel on you, you may send a request to return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, on your own expense. We will require you to cover the shipping cost. See chart below. Please note: personalized items cannot be returned. In case of return you must also send back the gift box, the dust bag and any gifts received with your order. Please note, that the refund can take up to 30 working days. In case of replacement, the changed product(s) will be shipped in 1-4 business days. You will receive a new tracking number via email.

 

Credit
You can expect a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping within 30 days of receipt of your return in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
